Marcia, we didn't get a call that anybody wanted to see it till this morning. It was kind of short notice (a couple hours) and we had asked for a few days' notice prior to any showing. It was also raining here when she called, and we didn't figure anybody would really want to walk the property lines in the rain. I know we didn't. Please direct any further inquiries to Julie Thompson at Remax. Julie is the agent who is handling the sale. We have a signed contract with her.
I was home all weekend, and we did not get any calls from her. Julie Thompson told me on the phone this morning that she was contacted late last night via text message by another real estate agent asking if someone could come and see the property at 12:30 this afternoon. Julie Thompson did not contact me until late this morning. I'm very sorry you are disappointed.
