We had our first fresh salad out of the greenhouse tonight, and it was delicious! Venison steaks, sauteed onions, french fries, and fresh salad!
Not too bad, as the lettuce & spinach was planted on 10/29/2012. That's less than a month for the first salad from the greenhouse.
I love it when a plan comes together..........
